  • Time-Intensive Manual Processes: Without an automated funnel, valuable time was spent on repetitive follow-ups and onboarding tasks, leading to inconsistent client experiences.
  • Lack of Clear Path to Purchase: Followers were unclear on how to start working with the coach, resulting in missed opportunities and a disconnected client journey.

We started by designing an irresistible lead magnet tailored to the coach’s audience—an actionable resource that would solve a key pain point. This free offer positioned the coach as an expert, inviting followers into the first step of a trusted relationship.

With the lead magnet in place, we implemented a “keyword DM” sequence to simplify access. Followers could now DM a keyword to instantly receive the free guide, triggering an automated yet personalized conversation in the coach’s DMs. This not only encouraged inbound engagement but made the process feel personal and authentic.

As soon as followers expressed interest, the client acquisition funnel took over. Automated follow-up messages nurtured each lead, answering questions, building trust, and smoothly transitioning them toward signing up for the coach’s premium services.
